I was just bored of plain white icing that I normally make...so I added in 5.5 oz of instant coffee to what was about 2 cups of vanilla icing for the vanilla icing I used 1-3/4 cups confectioners sugar, 1/4 - 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla (or to flavor) and 5.5 oz of instant coffee. Mix the sugar and milk (use more milk if you want the icing to be a little more "runner") add vanilla, finally add in coffee. I used a Starbucks Iced Coffee pouch thing

To make a wonderful peach flavored icing make about 2 cups of regular vanilla icing and mix in about 1/4 - 1/2 c of liquefied peach. To make vanilla icing take 1-3/4 c of confectioner sugar mix in 1/4 c milk and 1 tsp of vanilla. If you want a "runner" icing add more milk, if you want a "thicker" icing use less milk/ more sugar. If you want the Peach icing to have more of a peach flavor use less milk/ more liquefied peach.
